Gaditek hosted an exclusive Gaditek Book Club meet to mark its 1st Anniversary on Saturday, Feb 27, 2021.

Joined by Gaditians, the event celebrated the culture of learning and development in the organization.

The program kicked off on a high note by Hamza Ali Shahjehan and Sheheryar Khan. Discussing the idea behind the inception of GBC and its journey.

Over the last year, GBC has helped Gaditians to connect and communicate over books.

This then generates insightful discussions for members to implement into their work-life challenges.

The event took its course when Uzair Gadit, the Patriarch GBC, and the Director & Co-Founder of Disrupt.com himself, took the floor.

Delivering an inspirational keynote, he shared the vision of the Gaditek Book Club.

The stage was then handed over to our guest of honors – Zeeshan-ul-Hassan Usmani, a well-known technologist. And Abdur-Rahman Syed, Executive Director at Algebra. The duo engaged in a blazing fireside chat session moderated by Aaqib Gadit, the Director and Co-Founder of Cloudways, discussing the scope of Learning and Innovation’ in Pakistan.

The event moved to its end with a special Award Ceremony for the Champions of GBC.

GBC was launched last year on MARCH 2, 2020.

Spearheaded by Gaditians with in-person support of Uzair Gadit, Co-Founder and Director at Gaditek.
The Book Club is bringing book lovers from across 7 different business units in one place and allowing each to connect and contribute their learning with one another and inspire curiosity and spur action!

On Thursday, July 16, 2020, John Rossman joined the 9th Remote Meetup of the Gaditek Book Club.

John Rossman was the Ex-Director of Enterprise Services at Amazon.com and the force behind launching and scaling the Amazon marketplace business.

He’s considered an expert on Digital Disruption, Innovation, and Organization Culture, a speaker, and an author.
