THE IMPACT OF LIFESTYLE ON HEALTH

Today’s world, there is always an impact on what you do or what you did in your life-cycle.

We are not noticing it correctly but we are doing so many wrongs in our life because we follow the trend and sometimes try to feel relax but it’s effecting our the mental and physical health.

There are many habits that we do regularly and it affects shows in our health.

Mostly teenagers are not physically so strong because they are busy in their cellphones and laptops they usually spend their time on playing games on PlayStation or Xbox and just active on social media their health is not getting that they want. If they go out to play the outdoor game so they will be more active and strong their physique will be perfect.

The unlimited use of social media is also affecting health many peoples are active all night using their social accounts and chatting with friends because of this their sleep gets disturbed if they didn’t get proper sleep so it will affect their health.

This generation only prefer junk food and that is not good for health some peoples are eating it daily and increasing their bad fats in their body it may causes many diseases like cloistral, blood pressure, sugar patient. Drinks and junk food are not for good health it may cause earlier death.

In today’s time peoples also use to smoke, take alcohol as a trend of the world but they didn’t understand what bad impact will get on their health. They are take risk of their life by adopting the bad habit of this new trendy lifestyle. These habits will take them to death in a very short time.

The moral is that you don’t have to misuse the technology, do not go for video games everytime, go outside take part in outdoor games, avoid junk food do exercise to maintain your physique, and avoid junk foods and drinks. Do not adopt the bad habit of smoking and taking alcohol it may cause you to death and sleep well to maintain your health.

The one should adopt the self-learning will open up your mind and it will increase your knowledge. You should read books take knowledge of the new technology how it invents who invent these things. What is the basic purpose to make this thing?
