10 things I will say “No” to for happier 2021

Sidra Younus January 3, 2021

We face so many unexpected things in our daily time. Some of us are even unbearable. But unfortunately we have to face and go through then and that’s part of our lives, we can’t do any thing. What is written for us by Almighty Allah will come to us at any cost- 10 things I will say “No” to for happier 2021.

For happier 2021 I have made some plans for myself. Which includes 10 things I should say “No” to for my happier life.

1. No more self depreciate:

If u have ability to love. ❤️ love your self first

I have promised myself, no more self deprecating this year, and years ahead. I won’t be allowing any one to make me feel low and underestimated. Nor i will feel inferiority complexions for myself because of our views towards me. Its my aim this year to make people value my worth and equally respect me , the way i does.I won’t also hurt others self respect.

2. No more negativity:

Positive vibes only

Be positive. Don’t seek loathing, seek improvement.

“Just remember; someone loves everything you hate about yourself” — Frank Ocean

Positive thoughts and vibes helps you in making life positive. Negative thoughts can not only destroy your mind but can also make your life miserable. So its my promise with myself that in 2021 i will stay away from all negativities which can destroy my mind and life.

3. No comparison with others:

Competition is actually a good thing, in fact it’s a great thing.

Without competition Apple would have never created their Ipod, Microsoft would have never created Windows, and Google would probably be non-existent. Competition is essential because it leads to one very important thing, innovation.
But competition has many disadvantages too:

STRESS OFTEN COMES HAND-IN-HAND WITH COMPETITION

Competition can easily lead to stress and anxieties. Comparing your life with others make you depressed and sad. For example: you saw someone with new car and home while you don’t have it. If you will compare their essentials and facilities with yours, you will always remain stressful and depressed with your life.

3. No Selfishness:

someone who is selfish only cares about themselves and don’t consider about others. For example if a ship is sinking and you refuse to let t let other person in your 4 person’s boat it is called selfishness.

Being a muslim its our first duty to help our muslim brother.

Our last Prophet SAW taught us be kind with other Muslim Brothers

“Thus most of us are hardwired to conform to a “core morality” that includes protecting our children, dealing more or less fairly with other people, and placing limits on our selfishness.— Christopher R. Beha

4. No to complications:

sometimes we make our life complicated by ourselves. This way Sometimes we can also harm ourselves. Things in life are never as difficult as we assume them. So we have to keep them simple for Ourselves and for others as well. Make an easy life for yourself and for others.

😊

5.No compromise on healthcare:

Why Is Health Care So Important For All Of Us?w

Maintaining a proper healthcare is extremely important for everyone. It helps us to improve our productivity, and also protects us from dangerous diseases.

We can live longer if you will take care of your health and can do many things for ourselves and for our country. We cN education our future generations properly.
1. Healthcare also includes taking proper safety precautions. Like Corona Virus nowadays spreading really fast. Maintaining social distance and apply all safety rules on ourselves, eg: wearing face mask when going in public and washing hands constantly. These safety rules will help us fight with viruses.
2. If you are forced to stay bed ridden at your old age, then you won’t like it and it will lead to depression. In order to properly enjoy the later stages of our life, healthcare is very important.

3. Apart from making you look great and fit, proper healthcare will improve the immune system in your body.
4. You will stay away from many harmful diseases like cholesterol and diabetes at your old age.
5. Most importantly Being a muslim we have Many responsibilities , like praying, fasting, performing Hajj. And all of these require good health.

6. Mental health is also connected with our body health. Also it boosts our confidence. We are able to speak and act more confidently, if we have good health.

6.No more victim blaming:

Victim blaming occurs when the victim of a crime or any wrongful act is held entirely or partially at fault for the harm that befell them.Victim blaming allows people to believe that such events could never happen to them. Blaming the victim is known to occur in rape and sexual assault cases , where the victim of the crime is often accused of inviting the attack due to her clothing or behaviour.

7. No more time wasting on social media:

social media nowadays is necessary for all of us. In this fast forwarding life it helps us to stay connected with life outside our homes which is really necessary. But it also have many disadvantages. Like it wastes lots of our time in many useless things. Our Young generation is mostly involved In this. They kept scrolling social sites like Facebook ,Twitter , Instagram all day long.

You can’t recycle your wasted time.

8.No more judgmental:

Never judge a book by its cover. It’s a very famous saying. So You shouldn’t judge people  by their external appearance.

Not everyone judges success by the same standards – some people happiness is more important than money.

The competition will be judged by a panel of experts. There are various points to look out for when you’re judging.

9. No compromise on relations:

Blood relations are form of great blessings. We often neglect them in our busy lives. The people connected with us, should be treated kindly and politely. Its our duty to fulfil their responsibilities. We should not neglect any relationship connected with us.
Friendship is great source is happiness in ones life. Being Friend we should be loyal, helpful when needed. In fact any relation in our life should never be neglected nor taken unworthy.

10. No Extra expectations:

Expectation is the root of heartache. “Willam Shakespeare“

less you expect from others, more happy you become. More you expect from people more disappointment you will be. So don’t expect anything from others. Make your garden plant your own trees.
