He stated, “I heard a loud explosion… when I turned around, a minibus and a cab were on fire.”

“I also witnessed ambulances rushing to the scene to transport the injured and deceased to the hospital.”
A journalist was killed and at least four others were injured last week when a bomb detonated near another van.
The Daesh-Khorasan claimed credit for the attack, gloating about the number of people killed or injured.
They’ve increased operations since the Taliban took power in August, and earlier this month invaded the city’s National Military Hospital, killing at least 19 people and wounded more than 50 more.
Officials say the group has also claimed responsibility for multiple attacks in Jalalabad, the capital of eastern Nangarhar province and a hotspot of Daesh-K operations.
