Both Priyanka Chopra of Bollywood and Anthony Mackie of Hollywood have already played characters that have dabbled in the action genre. Casting them in the upcoming action thriller Ending Things makes sense. True Lies, a 1994 action comedy about a secret agent fighting to save the world and his marriage after his wife has an adulterous affair, has been compared to the film. After Matrix Resurrections, this is Chopra’s second major Hollywood picture. Kevin Sullivan, who will also serve as a writer, will direct the action thriller. According to Deadline, the film’s plot revolves around a hit woman who wants out of the assassin business and tells her “business” partner that she’s ending their personal relationship as well. However she quickly realizes she doesn’t want to quit that part of their relationship. The plot will see the two reunite for their final job and one last night out after their breakup.

With Inspire Entertainment and Mackie’s Make It With Gravy Productions, Davis Entertainment and Lit Entertainment will produce the film.
Priyanka Chopra and Anthony Mackie star in Ending Things
Chopra, who is most known for her role in Baywatch, made her international debut with the series Quantico, which showed her mastering the action genre, giving fans high hopes for her performance in Ending Things. The actor will also appear in the new action spy series Citadel, which will be released on Amazon and created by the Russo Brothers. Mackie is a Marvel actor who will portray Captain America in the fourth Marvel film. He’ll also star in the second season of The Falcon and the Winter Soldier, a Disney+ series.

Chopra, who recently welcomed her first child with husband Nick Jonas, has a number of projects in the pipeline. She is also working on the rom-com Text for You, the biopic Sheela. The road trip flick Jee Le Zaraa, the action comedy Cowboy Ninja Viking, and Ending Things.
