As in summers, your skin gets super oily, the skin care regime in summers can be very hectic but here are some easy and simple tips to keep your skin glowing and healthy in summers.

1)   Exfoliate Your Body

The main rule for good and glowing skin is to keep it clean and exfoliated. Use a scrub or exfoliator with natural ingredients and massage it on your face and body in circular motions. It will remove all the dead cells and regenerate the new cells.

2)   Apply Sunscreen

Sunscreen is a must in summers. Buy a one with SPF 30 or SPF 70. Apply it all over your face, neck, and parts of the body that are exposed to sunlight. It will protect you from getting too much tan. And don’t forget to apply it on the back of your neck because your hair is not a sunscreen.
